20 MINUTE BEGINNERS FULL BODY WORKOUT (JULY 2019)

Monday, July 8, 2019

Happy Monday friends!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! This weekend was my "deep" cleaning weekend, so our house was cleaned from head to toe! I was exhausted by the time I was finished. I've always said I wanted a pretty spacious house but I don't know if I can keep up with all the cleaning. I love a clean house though!

I didn't get a chance to get my Sunday run in but it's okay! I've learned to be okay with missing a workout. I wasn't always like these, I use to stress out about missing a day and feeling like I had to push myself the next day, I guess kinda punishing myself for it. Trust me, I know, not healthy at all. I think I've mentioned it in previous blog posts but I use to be obsessed with working out and making sure I ate "healthy". It was not healthy at all. Meaning I would only eat salads, stay at my calorie goal and if I went over I'd go "run it off". Wow now looking back, I can see how crazy obsessed I was!

Okay back to today's blog post...I was looking back and realized that I haven't shared a beginners workout! I had a sweet follower request it as well so here it is! This workout can literally be done anywhere! Just take your mat to the park, let your kid play and get your workout in! Or do it before work it's quick and pretty easy but definitely effective!

You're going to do each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 30 and move on to the next exercise. Now these exercises are pretty basic but for those 30 seconds you need to push yourself. Work through it and then take your rest! If you need to between each round take a 1 minute rest, only if you NEED to.

Do this workout for a full week, and trust me, you're going to FEEL great! It's quick, easy & you don't need any workout equipment besides a mat, which you could totally use a towel. It's only about 20 minutes out of your day, that you can take to work on yourself. Do it for yourself, for your health, & for  the people that love & need you.

Thank you so much for stopping by & for continuing to support my blog! It truly means the world to me!

Disclaimer: I am NOT a personal trainer nor a health nutritionist, everything I am sharing is from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. If you attempt this workout please do it at your own pace. What works for me may not work for you.
