Happy Wednesday friends!
As you can tell this post should've gone up this morning, but I didn't wake up on time, do I ever though? lol
I remember the days I would wake up at 4:45 am or 5! I mean what? Talk about motivation! Once you fall off track, it's so hard to get back to the early morning routines!
I really don't know what this post will be about, I'm having just so many thoughts on my mind & blogging all about it helps me get through it.
Rewind five months ago, life seemed great! I had reached a point in my life where not only, was I mentally doing good, but physically and spiritually getting better.
April 8, life changed. You hear it all the time, "enjoy life because it can change in a split second". I'm here to tell you that, it's true.
One moment you're at work, eating a sandwich, then the next second, you're rushing to the hospital in hopes that your biggest fear doesn't become a reality.
I've gone through all the emotions. Anger, sadness, grief, happiness, every thing. I guess in our situation when I say grief, we feel grief, because we lost a part of my husband. We lost sense of security. I've lost the feeling of feeling safe.
Sometimes I feel guilt. Guilt because maybe I could've done something. I could've appreciated life more, and maybe if I would have this wouldn't have happened.
Happiness because well my husband is still here, safe. Because this community has been AMAZING. They have supported our family so much.
Since April 8, I have learned to appreciate life even more. Because I now KNOW that it can change in a split second.
