I FINALLY woke up early! And I've gotten so much done! Cheers to a great start! How was your morning or day so far?
Okay so I don't know why it's taken me so long to try out resistance bands and y'all I'm hooked! These are from amazon and come in a pack of 5 for $15! I had several of my followers recommend these. It really adds a little something extra to your workouts!
I especially love using them on arm days! They are killer! So for today's post I wanted to share with y'all this arm workout! Y'all know I've been working a little extra on my arms and back so this is a great workout for that.
Try to do at least 10 reps on each side and a total of 3 rounds more if you're up for it.
