WINTER FOUNDATION ROUTINE 2023

Monday, January 2, 2023

Happy Monday friends!

I finally had a chance to sit down and get some work done! I've been on the go all day with Julian, laundry and cleaning. I am one tired mama but right after this I am hopping in the shower and doing some self-care.

And HELLO HAPPY 2023! I usually do a blog post with my goals for the year but this year I think I am going to keep them to myself and as I accomplish them I will share with you all!

Before I get into my Winter foundation routine, I wanted to say THANK YOU for continuing to follow & support my blog!! My blog is truly my first love, my baby so I hope to give it my 100% this year. I wouldn't get any of the opportunities I have been given without your support, likes, shares & for shopping through my links.

Not much has changed since I shared my summer foundation routine but I have found a couple of new products that have been my "winter" holy grails! I say "winter" because I live in Texas so I can't really say we get a winter lol

I went back to my Elf Putty Primer because it works better with my Winter skin, I still love the Power grip primer but it's definitely more of a summer primer for me. I do tend to get a little more on the dry side, so I wanted to find something that gave me some dewiness. Everyone on Tiktok raved about this product so I had to try it. Yep, you guessed it! I fell in love with it, and I can't go without the L'oreal Lumi Glotion (deep). It adds the perfect amount of glow & dewiness. And it just truly brings my skin back to life.

After the Lumi Glotion, I go in with my new favorite foundation. Now it's not new new, but it's new to me. The L'oreal Infallible foundation (shade 487) is as good as they say! The finish is just so dang good! I can wear it for 7+ hours until I start to see some oil come through! I am still using my Younique concealer, which I still love.

I set my under eyes with the Younique translucent powder (out of stock), it's still my favorite powder but I will be trying  something different once it runs out. I only set my under eye area and anywhere else I applied concealer.

To bronze I am using my Younique bronzer (deep) & for blush I am using Milanis "sunset passion" I absolutely love this blush! It is perfection! If you're looking for some good affordable blushes definitely try the Milani Baked Blushes!

Y'all know I love my Elf wow brow gel but I think I may have found a new love! This NYX eye brow gel (espresso) IS IT! I mean it's just so good! lol These brows do not move!

I recently had a lash lift done, and I highly recommend it! I thought about going back to lash extensions but they're just so much work! I don't want to share this mascara because it is not my favorite.

And that's a wrap for my winter foundation routine! I hope you enjoyed! Thank you so much for stopping by!
