Happy Monday friends! 

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! 

I took Julian to the library this morning and he enjoyed himself soo much! And I love the love he has for books. I use to be such a bookworm, and could read a book in a couple of days but now it takes me at least a month! So crazy how things change! 


My workout schedule has been pretty consistent for the last month or so. Monday's are my ab days and I wanted to share this workout with y'all because it's so easy but your abs will be on fire! I do each exercise for 40 seconds each and with exercises 3 & 4 I do 20 seconds on each side for a total of 40 seconds. Make sure your tightening up your core and you know, slow and steady! 

Take in mind I am not an expert so if my form is incorrect feel free to let me know, like always you guys know that constructive criticism is welcome here! 

If you are a beginner you can start by doing each exercise for 30 seconds and eventually increase your time. Or if your on a tight schedule just lower the time.  

** On exercise 3-LEG HOLD- hold for at least 5 seconds and then alternate.
