Happy Friday my lovely readers! 

We are finally taking Julian to get his haircut today! When we were in North Carolina, grandpa took care of that but now that we're home this mama ain't risking it Lol I love taking him to Sharkey's and Julian loves it too, well until they start cutting his hair. He has ALWAYS disliked getting his haircut and really he's fine until he starts getting itchy from the hair fall outs and once he feels that it's over! My child is something else y'all! 

In other news, is anyone else excited to start putting up Fall decor? I am!! I've taken a few trips to Hobby Lobby and it's like Fall heaven in there! Julian is finally starting to show interest in Halloween, I mentioned it to him a few weeks ago, and I asked him what he wanted to be this year and he said "mama I wanna be Spiderman", and gosh his little face was full of excitement!

For today's post I wanted to share my Favorite Ab Exercises, I've also shared my Full Body Workout  (check it out HERE) I still have a long way to go as far as toning up my tummy area but these exercises have definitely helped so much! Of course making better & healthier eating choices has also helped immensely! I workout the tummy area twice a week, I use to do it every day but I've switched up my routine a little.
