Happy Monday!
[EDIT: I wrote this blog post on Friday but with Julians play I got caught up and it was too late to post so I'm posting this today] -So I'm currently parked at the Mcdonalds parking lot writing this blog post, super random. I had to drop Julian off to practice for his play that they're doing in Pre-K. It's at a local church and let me tell y'all my child does not like change! He's normally excited to go to school and see his friends but when he realized we were going somewhere different he kinda started to get, I don't know, a little afraid. Of course I told him it was okay and that all he's friends were still going to be there but he still was a little skeptical.
He finally let my hand go and he sat down with the rest of the children and fingers crossed he does good. I know he gets that from me among other "I don't want to socialize" traits. I'm working on it though, I swear! haha I do not want my child to be like me, I am such an introvert! My husband on the other hand..

For today's blog post I wanted to share with y'all my current makeup favorites! You can check out my previous one HERE.
I have found a few new products that I LOVE! Hands down these are my absolute faves!
1. ESTEE LAUDER DOUBLE WEAR FOUNDATION - Y'all know I love my drugstore foundations but I really wanted to give this one a shot! I heard great things about it and I bit the bullet and purchased it. BEST money ever spent! (of course my husband doesn't think so haha) It lasts ALL day! Doesn't transfer! Full coverage but doesn't feel heavy on the face! I love it so much! If you've been wanting to try out a high end foundation, this is it y'all!
2. FLOWER BEAUTY LIGHT ILLUSION CONCEALER- I have been in search of a hydrating concealer, I have tried a couple of others but I felt they were a little bit drying for my under eyes. I remember Casey Holmes raving about this one! And she was absolutely right! It's amazing! I would say it's more of a medium coverage, at least for me.
3. BEAKEY BEAUTY SPONGES - Okay this beauty sponges are a MUST! These are from Amazon and guess what? You get 5 sponges for $9! Isn't that insane! And the best part is that they are so dang good! I have never tried the real beauty blender but I have always used the Real Techniques and ELF sponge, I still love them both but these hands down are so much better! Trust me on this one..you need to try them out!
4. FLAWLESS HAIR REMOVER - I use to use the Nair Facial hair removal cream but after using it this last time, it irritated my skin so bad! I had been using it for almost a year and loved it. So I'd seen really good reviews on this little gadget and tried it out. It really works! It removes every little hair on my face! And y'all know my hair grows like a weed! I purchased mine from Walmart but I know they also sell them at Ulta.
5. ELF MATTE LIPSTICK "MAUVELOUS"- This has been my go-to lipstick the past few weeks. It's the perfect shade! It can get a little drying on the lips but I always make sure to apply a lip balm first! They have a few other colors but this one is great for an every day look!
