Happy Monday!

I have been on a role with these Monday fitness posts! I love sharing these workouts with y'all because they can all be done at home. So like I always say "there's no excuse"! All you really need is a good 30 minutes to get a good workout in. The way I see it is, there's a slight chance that you probably spend that amount of time scrolling through your phone.

I'll be honest with you, I had all the intentions of snapping a quick "fitness" photo but I was not feeling myself! I started cramping this afternoon and well, ladies you know what that means. 

Okay so for today's workout post, I'm sharing my Lower Body Workout all these exercises are pretty self explanatory but if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me. I also have my son sitting on my lap so if there's any typos, that's why #momlife. 

Also I did want to mention, because most of my readers probably already know, I run about 2-3 times a week, for about 20-30 minutes. I do think that helps as far as toning my legs, but I also like to incorporate lower body exercises.
